Yes,
that's me shooting my bow. I am an avid archery and when ever I can get
away from the office I can usually be found either walking around the lake where
I live at the indoor archery range that is about a mile from my office.
In my early 20's before is went into the US Army I was more than just an avid
archer I was an archery nut. Back then I shoot all the time every day and
I was even the President of the Kansas City Archer Club. It then came time
for me to spend four years in the US Army Security Agency somehow I just never
got back into archery after that. A couple of years ago I got the archery
bug again here I am .
I also have been very interested in guns most of my life and I really enjoy
shooting targets with the guns but my real love is archery. The attraction
to guns has carried over to my two sons who have become much better with the
guns than I ever was. So far archery has not attracted them that much.
My wife of over 30 years doesn't like the guns and archery does not really
interest her that much either. I also like to walk and
try to get in a couple of miles five or six days a week, weather permitting.
I always have been very active building and doing major projects around the
home. So exercise and shooting takes up most of my spare time.
